We love fresh faces. Our onboarding includes posing, runway & social-media coaching, so experience is a bonus — not a barrier.

Nope. Smartphone pics are perfect as long as they’re sharp and unfiltered. Full-length, waist-up, and head-shot angles are ideal.

STELLA books talent for fashion, commercial, digital-creator and UGC campaigns — so we scout for presence, not one set of measurements. Tell us your stats; we’ll tell you where you shine.

Some talents land a collab in week one; others take a few months while we build their niche. Our team pushes from day one, but the market (and your effort on socials) sets the pace.
